Defects / Damage
Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is any issue with your piece.

Sizing:
•As each piece is made especially for you, size exchanges cannot be offered once the order has been placed.

•Please go through the measurement chart carefully before placing your order to ensure the right fit.

Natural artisanal variations in weave, embroidery, texture, or finish are part of the garment’s character and are not considered defects.

•Dry clean only to preserve the integrity and finish of the garment.

•Store folded or hung in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

•Handle with care to maintain the artisanal detailing, embroidery, and texture of the piece.

•Avoid harsh chemicals, excessive rubbing, or machine washing, as they may damage the fabric and craftsmanship.
