Dulari – Returns & Refunds Policy

Every Ek Dulari garment is created with intention and respect for India’s craft traditions. Pieces on
www.ekdulari.com are made using indigenous art forms, artisanal workmanship, and slow fashion processes. Natural variations in color, weave, texture, and hand finishing are expected and celebrated — these are not considered defects.
This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how
www.ekdulari.com handles return requests, exchanges, and refund eligibility.
1. Eligibility for Returns
www.ekdulari.com accepts returns only under the following conditions:
• A defective or damaged product
• A wrong item delivered
• A size exchange request (subject to availability)
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Color variations due to screen or lighting differences
• Natural characteristics of handwoven or handcrafted textiles
• Customized, altered, or made-to-order pieces
This policy protects the integrity of artisanal production and supports slow fashion values.
2. Return & Exchange Window
You must notify
www.ekdulari.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 7 days in its original condition.
Requests made after the 48-hour window cannot be accepted.
3. Conditions for Accepted Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be:
• Unused, unworn, and unwashed
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Free from perfume, stains, or damage
• Returned with the original invoice
If the product fails inspection, it will be returned to the customer and will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, email us at
contactus@ekdulari.com with:
• Your order number
• Reason for the return
• Clear photos or videos showing the issue
Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
5. Return Shipping
• For defective or incorrect items: reverse pickup will be arranged at no additional cost.
• For size exchanges: return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
Reverse pickup may not be available in all locations; in such cases, self-shipping may be required.
6. Size Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed only for the same design in a different size, subject to availability.
If the requested size is not available, store credit will be issued.
7. Refunds
Refunds are issued only when a replacement is not possible and only after the returned item passes quality inspection.
Refund methods include:
• Store credit valid for six months
• Refund to the original payment method (may take 7–10 working days after approval)
Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives tampered, open, or visibly damaged:
• Refuse delivery if possible
• Otherwise, take clear photos/videos and contact us immediately
We will assist in resolving the issue with the courier partner.
9. International Orders
Due to customs procedures and high logistics costs:
• International orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds
• Defective or incorrect items will be reviewed individually on a case-by-case basis
